MMS Scanpac® is a proprietary process, protected by a portfolio of patents, obtained between 2006 for the oldest ones and 2018 for the most recent one, in all geographical areas of the world.
Written by Dr Christer Aslund, fellow of the Royal Academy of Sweden, they were acquired by Metalvalue in 2015 and by M.A.T. in 2019.
New patents are currently being filled.
